Oh my gosh, how nice is this??!! I wish I would have seen this when you posted it! I came across your blog by pure chance this morning. THANK YOU for helping get the word out about my new cupcake shop in Winner, SD. (I currently rent a local commercial kitchen, but am in the process of building my very own shop, super excited!!) My daughter and I would like to offer gourmet teas and coffees as well. (planning on a Mad Hatter/Tea Party type of theme.) :) I have to admit that I have never come across another Kari Beri before....we simply must stick together! :) I'm going to have to check out your blog (very) soon, but for now, I must get back to baking!
