A friend of mine asked me to knit her a Christmas stocking for her pooch. She told me that she would send me the yarn and pattern. I thought "Coolio", this will be easy peasy.
Never thought it would of been an Intarsia pattern which I have never have learned to do. But I wanted to help a friend out and I always enjoy making crafty items for others.
All I can say is thank goodness for YouTube tutorials! After watching a few videos I can now do Intarsia!
This holiday season has been quite the crafty one. I am making Snoopy dolls for my boys, a bag for my MIL (started it two years ago), and some fingerless gloves for my sister. Yet the way I go about things, they may get the items next year!
